A Call to Contentment

The subtitle of David Kaywood’s excellent book is ‘Pursuing Godly Satisfaction in a Restless World’, which accurately summarises its content. Kaywood begins with various definitions of contentment which can be found in God alone, rather than in our circumstances. He moves on to discussing counterfeit contentment or the ‘tips and tricks approach’ which replaces God with self in an attempt to achieve contentment.
