A Christian who criticised two drag queens has won his three-year legal battle in Queensland, Australia, after he was accused of breaking the state’s ‘vilification’ laws.
The Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) dismissed a complaint brought by two drag queens, Johnny Valkyrie and Dwayne Hill, against Lyle Shelton.
However, Valkyrie – a woman who presents to little children as a man – and Hill – a man who dresses as a hyper-sexualised woman in front of little children – have filed an appeal.
