Bad air

A report published in the Ecologist has warned that inner-city children in London are living in a health ‘time-bomb’, thanks to bad air and pollution. The ongoing study of children in east London found that air pollution is a factor in lung impairment and called the fact that London has been given yet another six years to bring its air quality up to European Union minimum levels ‘unsurprising and depressing’.
