A Christian councillor who was suspended from the Conservative Party has spoken with decision-makers at the Party Conference.
As reported earlier this year by Evangelical Times, King Lawal received a suspension in July after sharing one tweet which articulated the Christian and biblical position on LGBT pride events.
He was told at the time that the membership governance team at Conservative Campaign Headquarters was advising the council to suspend him.
