In 2013 Dr Richard Scott, a GP, wrote his first book, Christians in the Firing Line, telling the stories of thirteen individuals, including himself, who had sought help from the Christian Legal Centre, a wing of Christian Concern, when they had faced sanctions in the workplace due to the expression of their Christian beliefs.
His aims, he states in the introduction to this second volume on the same theme, were to pay tribute to the work of Christian Concern, to awaken Christians to the reality of intensifying hostility to our faith, and to encourage us all to take a stand for Christ in the workplace.
