A church in Derbyshire has been dropped by three local schools because it believes in traditional marriage.
Watchorn Church in Alfreton has a long history of working together with local schools, teaching children about the nation’s Christian heritage, and also welcoming pupils for harvest, Christmas, and Easter services.

It all started when the town’s mayor posted a social media message last summer saying she hoped all ‘homophobes’ had a ‘super uncomfortable’ month.
