The pastors of GraceLife London are looking for an additional pastor to join the team with a view to leading out a church-plant and participate in theological education.
The successful applicant must:
- Be elder-qualified according to the biblical standards set forth in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1.
- Be able to provide references from his current church setting, attesting to his qualifications and consistency in Christian character.
- Have training in expository preaching to MDiv. or equivalent from The Master's Seminary or likeminded institution.
- Be able to show a track record of doctrinal agreement with GraceLife London's What we teach statement required of elders.
- Have experience in pastoral ministry within a likeminded church.
- Be capable of both leading a church-plant and taking a part-time teaching role in the Hermeneia Bible Training Centre attached to the church.
- Be willing to relocate to Central London for 1-2 years before relocating to a location on the outskirts of London yet to be specified, and to personally raise support towards the future church plant.
Have a passion for:
- Honouring Christ, reaching the lost, disciplining and equipping the saints, expository ministry, theological training, and a willingness to turn your hand to all aspects of church life, from evangelism to administration.
- Reaching London’s lost with the Gospel and equipping the saints for works of service.
- Planting churches around London and beyond.
