A member of an employment tribunal panel who had to be recused for anti-Christian remarks made on social media has been rebuked by the Judicial Conduct Investigations Office.

Jed Purkis was part of a panel of members hearing the case of a Christian primary school teacher who had been sacked for questioning her school’s transgender policy.
