Religious freedom charity Open Doors has released its annual ‘World Watch List’, showing the countries where Christians suffer the worst persecution.
An Open Doors spokesperson said, ‘Overall, persecution has intensified against Christians across the world.
‘The number of Christians facing persecution and discrimination has remained approximately the same – 360 million, which is 1 in 7 Christians worldwide – but the level of persecution has worsened.’
