A pair of pro-abortion MPs are pushing for the ‘decriminalisation’ of abortion by hijacking the Criminal Justice Bill.

Labour MPs Diana Johnson and Stella Creasy have tabled ‘extreme’ amendments to the bill that would remove abortion from criminal law altogether.

Currently, preborn babies have some protection under the criminal law, but these protections would be completely removed if abortions were ‘decriminalised’.

Johnson and Creasy claim their proposals would not legalise abortion up to birth.
