Day of prayer

More than 150 prayer partners gathered in London to pray for Burma, as part of a special day of prayer for the country.

Organised by Christian Solidarity Worldwide (CSW) and 3P Ministries, the global day of prayer was described by one attendee as ‘powerful and moving’.

Ben Rogers, CSW East Asia team leader, was just back from the Thailand-Burma border. He gave an overview of the latest developments in Burma (Myanmar) and described the situation in the country. The Partners team presented a short video – The lullaby – to help inspire prayer for those who had lost their loved ones.

Many Karen refugees, now living in the UK, gave their testimonies, speaking of their confidence in God despite the terrible persecution.
