Messianic Testimony

Messianic Testimony – an evangelical ministry that reaches Jewish people around the world – has strengthened its senior leadership team with the appointment of Dr Sam Gordon as Director of Ministries, working alongside Rev. Colin Leyshon and Tom Mayr-Lori.

Sam writes: ‘This is a ministry close to my own heart, but surely it’s one that is so much nearer to the heart of God – the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob – and one whose ultimate purpose for Israel has yet to be fulfilled.

‘On that day, Paul’s impassioned prayer in Romans 10:1 will be answered. Between now and then, however, the primary focus of the Messianic Testimony is to reach effectively the “lost sheep of Israel” (Matthew 10:6).

‘My role will be similar to what I have been doing for the last decade with Trans World Radio – ministering the Word of God in churches up and down the country as well as actively promoting the work of the Mission. It will involve a pastoral role to the staff here in the UK, as well as to those serving the Lord across Europe, Russia, South Africa and in Israel itself’.

Harold Gamston, chairman of the trustees, says: ‘We are most grateful to God for the wonderful way he has led us and we value your continued prayers and support in coming days as we share together in this exciting work of telling Jewish people about Yeshua’.
