From Canary Wharf to Christian Aid: Loretta Minghella, former chief executive of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme for the past five years, is to become a director of Christian Aid in April.

Oak Hill says farewell to Hebrew and OT lecturer James Robson, who left at the end of ­December to take up a new post at Wycliffe, Oxford. However, Oak Hill welcomes Melanie Lacy as director of the Youth and Children’s Ministry programme.

Andrew Jackman is the new UK and Ireland co-ordinator for a programme for Young Life. The ministry for which he will be responsible is the launch of Capernaum Ministries, which seeks to run clubs for teens and young adults with disabilities, giving them fun, adventure and the gospel.

David Peacock, head of the London School of Theology’s Department of Music and Worship, and Anna Robbins, lecturer in Theology and Contemporary Culture, have both been awarded the title of senior lecturer.

Dirk Jongkind has been appointed to student-friendly Eden Baptist Church’s team of elders, in Cambridge. Dirk is originally from Holland and works as a researcher at Tyndale House in Cambridge.
