Small but powerful

The Christian bookshop run by Dunstable Baptist Church, in Bedfordshire, has received the Small Retailer of the Year Award 2010.

The bookshop, managed by John Keeble, is a literature ministry of the church reaching out into the community, resourcing the church and individual Christian believers to grow in Christ.

A statement from the church read: ‘The Lord has maintained the witness for more than 25 years and it is a pleasure to serve him. Over the years, we have seen much fruit from the work done in the bookshop as we seek to supply sound reformed, evangelical books’.

The award was presented by the Christian Booksellers Group at the Christian Booksellers Conference, organised by Christian Resources and the Bible Society.
