Sketches of Scottish Church History

John W. Keddie is well qualified to write about Scottish Church History in the period from the Reformation until the present day: he served as a lecturer in Church History in the seminary of the Free Church of Scotland (Continuing) for over a decade. The book is composed of 15 chapters and is a collection of lectures and addresses which the author delivered over the years. Hence, a wide variety of topics is dealt with, and these are arranged in chronological order.
