Susannah Spurgeon: Lessons for a Life of Joyful Eagerness in Christ

I picked up this book having read another biography about Mrs Spurgeon fairly recently. However, this book brought a number of different things to the table!

Mary Mohler writes as a wife of an eminent Christian minister and so can sympathise more particularly with some of the situations in which Susannah found herself. This allows her to write in quite insightful ways about Susannah, helping us to feel some of the sacrifices she would have made.
