A pro-life woman has been convicted and ordered to pay £20,000 in prosecution costs for breaching an abortion buffer zone by holding a sign saying, ‘Here to talk, if you want’.

Retired clinical scientist Dr Livia Tossici-Bolt, 64, was found guilty in April at Poole Magistrates’ Court in Dorset.

She was found to have broken the law even though she did not engage in any harassment, intimidation, or obstruction of anyone using the abortion centre.
