A 62-year-old woman from Bournemouth who silently held a sign within an abortion buffer zone saying ‘Here to talk, if you want’ has refused to pay a fine and has had her case heard in court.

Livia Tossici-Bolt contends that she has not breached the terms of the buffer zone, and her case was heard by Poole Magistrates’ Court on 5 and 6 March.
